Reservations
* To guarantee a reservation a $25 non-refundable deposit is required (or $50 for the larger Cleavers cottage) which will be applied towards your stay. All non-guaranteed reservations (i.e., non-deposit) are TENTATIVE. For tentative reservations, management always tries to accommodate our guest's initial cottage selection. When this is not possible an alternate cottage will be provided when available.
* Holiday Exceptions: Holidays and holiday weekends require a non-refundable deposit which is applied towards your stay and guarantees the reservation ($50/cottage; or $100 for The Cleavers). Holidays and holiday weekends require at least 7 days cancellation notice to avoid a charge of one night's stay per cottage reserved, in lieu of the reservation deposit. Similarly, reservations made within 7 days of a holiday stay require a deposit in the amount of one night's stay per cottage reserved.
* Please note: Multiple cottage reservations require a deposit for each cottage reserved ($50/cottage and $100 for The Cleavers), At least 7 days cancellation notice is required to avoid a charge of one night's stay per cottage reserved.

* For non-holidays, if you need to cancel or reschedule a guaranteed reservation, as long as the cancellation is made at least 7 days before your stay, we will gladly apply your initial deposit/discount towards a future stay.
Pets
* For our pet friendly rooms, we require $10/day/pet, and a pet agreement to be signed
Miscellaneous
* Guests are responsible for any damages to the room, or items in it or removed from it
* Although we do not provide maid services for our guests, if you need something, please ask!
